Final Style Development ...
The first task I was assigned, was to replicate the Paper Cut Concepts created in Development into a digital environment. Studying the physical Artwork produced I finalised the look of the layouts in Photoshop. This new approach aimed to imitate the PaperCut Stop Motion style, the Director wanted for this portion of the Film, while using only media familiar with the studio.
The early researches included exploration of the lighting to give a stage mood (similarly to Stop Motion) which they will used later by the Compositing Team to develop the final approach to the lighting of the scenes.

Background Design ...
Once the Final Design was defined, and the workflow with the other departments stablished, I continued designing and doing supervision of all Layouts and Final Backgrounds used in the Paper Cut sequences.
